Staff & Hours
PCUCC is currently in an interim period between settled pastors. We are so grateful to local clergy who fill in on Sunday morning and for pastoral care during this in-between time. Please contact the office if you have any questions.
David Williams came to PCUCC in March 2018 as our interim director, and then became the settled director in August 2018. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him.
David was the choral director at Harbour Choral Arts Society in Massachusetts 2010-2016, manager of the choral department at Dale Music Company 1998-2006, music director at Eastport United Methodist church in Maryland 1997-2006, music director at First Congregational Church UCC in Swanzey, NH 1995-1997, music director of the Monadnock Youth Orchestra in Keene, NH 1993-1997, and assistant Conductor in the choral department at Keene State College 1991-1992.
David has done numerous ACDA , AGO, and ASO conducting workshops and symposia.
We are delighted to have David at PCUCC to direct our choir and music program. He is building partnerships with Plymouth State University music department and the NH Music Festival in addition to creating a yearly concert recital program held at the church. Music is very alive and well at PCUCC.
Alison Thatcher Office Administrator
office@uccplymouth.org
Alison Thatcher has been an active member of PCUCC since 2016. She is a member of the choir and Music Committee and co-leader of the Anti-Racism Taskforce. While much of her educational and vocational experience has been in early childhood education and baking, she has been the PCUCC office administrator since spring of 2022. Her next adventure is discerning a path towards ordained ministry, for which she has already been accepted by the Merrimack Association Committee on Church and Ministry. But don’t worry! She’ll be here in the office to answer your calls and emails in the meantime.
Outside of church employment and volunteer work, Alison loves growing, cooking, and eating food; learning new things about theology, social justice, and the natural world; and playing Dungeons & Dragons. She lives in Ashland with her husband and fellow D&D adventurer Matt, their awesome child Maris, their old feline friend China Cat Sunflower Shanti, and two snuggle bunnies Ostara and Raphael (Raffi).
